South Korea slams North's 'inhumane' troop deployment to Russia after newspaper interviews POWs

South Korea's Defense Ministry said Thursday that newspaper interviews with a pair of North Korean POWs captured by Ukraine have "confirmed once again" the "deceptive and inhumane" nature of Pyongyang's deployment of troops to Russia.
